It helps if you tell us which app you're using (CarbonSentinel or Aqua), your device, and what you were doing when the problem happened.
That's deliberate. Coverage varies — river gauge data is United States only, and cloud cover can block an optical satellite reading for a given date range. The app tells you when a signal genuinely can't be measured rather than showing an invented number.

Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. The reset link is valid for a limited time; request a fresh one if it has expired.

Estimates are calibrated against published IPCC tier-1 methods and derived from satellite measurements. They are intended for screening, monitoring and orientation — not as a substitute for an accredited verification body where one is legally required.
