Open your account screen and choose Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm. The deletion happens immediately.
If you can't sign in, email info@vulnerableplanet.com from the address your account uses, with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm once it's done, normally within 7 days and always within 30.
Our own copy of your payment and donation records is deleted along with everything else. Stripe, which processes payments for us, keeps its own record of any transaction under its retention policy — that is outside our systems and we cannot remove it on your behalf.
This is permanent. We cannot recover a deleted account.
